APPEAL FOR PARTICIPATION

We, R.L. Jalappa Academy, a registered charitable Trust under Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960, and Income tax Act, 1961, would like to make an appeal to contribute towards rural youth skill enhancement initiatives.

You can choose one or more of the following options of contribution towards this Nobel cause.

We make this appeal as this trust is unique in Karnataka to provide free coaching, free lodging and free boarding to empower and shape the future of the youth without any gender bias to socially and economically backward section of community from rural areas of Karnataka presently. This coaching helps the deserving youth to seek employment in both Government and Private sectors making them worthy citizens of our country.

SPONORSHIP AVENUES:

a. Adopt one or more students who have enrolled in the academy for their respective course or for such period they remain in the academy. The average cost per student for a duration of 3 months is Rs-20,000-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only)

b. To actively campaign as part of CSR interventions in rural areas and help rural youth enrolment in the Academy for training provided the candidates fulfil the criteria of socially and economically backward section and community from rural areas of Karnataka.

c.To provide trainers/ lecturers or sponsor one or more instructor fees. Presently a notional sum of Rs 2,000 per lecture is being paid as honorarium plus courtesy pick up and drop from their residence.

d. Sponsor computer hardware and software to meet training requirements.

e. Class room facility augmentation by way of LCD screens, tables and chairs.

f. Sponsor a custom designed training course so that the selected entrants on successful completion can be employed in the company. Talent sourcing and existing infrastructure will be the responsibility of the Academy/Trust.

g. Financial assistance by way of donation. Presently annual expenses are about Rs 75 lakh per annum
